Victoria University Sunshine Campus – Skills and Development Hub

Construction of Victoria Polytechnic a new Skills hub for Victoria University which will replace existing buildings on Ballarat Road Sunshine. It will consist of training spaces bookshop gym café and plaza area as well as associated car parking. Landscaping of the area will include terraced lawns (using recycled water and stormwater) and seating.
