Ultimo/Pyrmont Public School

Project include foundation works and earthworks excavation and structural measures. Once this phase is complete construction of a new public school for up to 800 students from Kindergarten to Year 6. There will be up to 30 classrooms and three special program spaces library hall indoor and outdoor play areas multi-function spaces including a rooftop sports court and after-school care facilities.
Also required in a 40-space child care centre.

Building materials include in-situ and pre-cast concrete aluminium slats solid coloured framed panels and metal sheet cladding.

Light poles and parking spaces to be relocated and the drop-off area on Jones Street extended. Ancillary infrastruccture works (including a new substation) and connections.
