The Spencer Apartments West End

Construction of an eleven storey buildings comprising 102 one two and three bedroom apartments as part of the West End complex. The building will include restaurants cafes and bars a supermarket gym and medical centre. The building has been designed as a formally regular tower rising 11-storeys flanked on either side by podia of differing heights with a restrained aesthetic comprising an exposed brick skin. The upper three levels or ‘crown’ element are enveloped in a clear glazing providing a light weight capping atop a robust base. The west façade has steel shroud windows whilst the remaining sides have a concrete façade with copper oxide. The upper levels will feature stunning brickwork and timber panels will line the balconies.
