The Langston Apartments Shop Top Housing

The existing office building and car parking is to be demolished and a shop top apartment complex to be constructed over three towers. The towers will house over 450 one- two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as commercial and retail spaces.
In the public domain a new connection from Langston Place to Epping Road Chambers Court and Pembroke Street is to be constructed with a retail plaza housing a small scale supermarket and specialty shops.
