Demolition and removal of Harrington Court at 85 Harrington Street Sydney to allow for construction of two buildings to front onto Gloucester and Harrington Streets. The buildings will include up to 58 apartments retail spaces on the ground floor and level 2 and commercial spaces on level 1.
As part of this new development the Bakers Terraces (four merged terraces built between 1875 – 1880) are to be retained and converted into dining/café spaces and two 3-bedroom upper level apartments.

Pedestrian access between Gloucester Street and Harrington Street through the development will be created and there will be open spaces and a roof terrace.
Parking to over 60 vehicles will be over two levels in the basement and there will be some landscaping and public space enhancements. Construction materials will include powder-coated aluminium and aluminium composite panels precast concrete walls and terracotta cladding aluminium framed glazing and performance glazed aluminium sliding doors for the retail spaces sandstone louvres glazed balustrades and timber composite panels.
