Supreme Court Throws Out Solar Regulation
Back in April we reported on new regulation in Queensland restricting the installation of solar panels to licensed electricians. Today, the Supreme Court ruled the new regulations invalid based on an action brought by Maryborough Solar (owners of Brigalow Solar Farm).
