Demolition and removal of existing office block on corner of St Kilda Road and High Street opposite Victorian College for the Deaf. New development will consist of 3 buildings two 20 storeys high and one 9 storey.- Building 1 will have 157 apartments of one two and three bedrooms
– Building 2 will have 223 apartments of one two and three bedrooms
– Building 3 will have 93 apartments of one and two bedrooms.

The buildings will use ecologically sustainable development (ESD) design guides to allow for natural light passive ventilation to the interiors. Residents will have the facility to create winter gardens if they wish through the use of louvred facades with internal movable perforated timber screens.

Also included in the development will be an outdoor café lawn bowls communal lounges and indoor and outdoor dining facilities a gym and theatre.

Extensive landscaping will be required throughout.
