Development & construction of a 2 storey community facility including community meeting areas a civic services area and a new state-of-the-art library with new technologies and equipment plentiful parking. There will also be an exhibition area and café. Also a requirement for car parking access roads
Landscaping to include a playground plaza and active & passive areas.

Works will include demolition &/or removal of existing buildings.
