Sports Park Project – Stage 2 Works – La Trobe University Bundoora Campus

The La Trobe Sports Park will be a unique environment to facilitate play performance teaching and research in sport. It will transform Melbourne’s north to provide a sporting precinct that will be able to support major participation in sports events regular grass roots sports competitions and active recreation opportunities for community members.
Stage 2 will include a 6 court indoor stadium new teaching and research laboratories for sport science and office accommodation for external sporting organisations.

The La Trobe Sports Park will be a learning hub for national state and local sport organisations and individuals to access the expertise of the University and a unique environment for elite sport programs and organisations to be supported by some of Australia’s world class sport exercise and rehabilitation researchers.
