South Wharf Fishermans Bend Redevelopment

Early contractor involvement prior to construction of two South Wharf Towers one of 46 storeys and one of 48 storeys. Buildings to house up to 1000 apartments of one two and three bedrooms 7 storey of podium retail space over 750 car parking and bike spaces. The Towers will be oval in shape and every apartment has natural light. Also included is a 2100 sq m park. Existing building will need to be demolished.
