Sirius Building Plans Unveiled

The Sirius public housing building has been called many things over the years but rarely beautiful. The $150m sale in 2019 led to much public debate about the appropriate development of the site. Developer JDH Capital has now unveiled its vision for the project with 70 luxury apartments planned for an anticipated development cost of around $118m.

Pending approvals, the project is expected to get underway by late 2020.
