Shortlist for Sydney Airport Terminal Announced

The race is on for nod to build the new terminal at Western Sydney’s Nancy-Bird Walton Airport with 3 runners announced. Part of the $5.3Bn development, the terminal will obviously be a mix of retail, commercial as well as logistics facilities. Plans are expected to be finalised in mid 2021 with stage 1 delivered by 2026. In the running are:

• Lendlease-CPB JV
• Multiplex Constructions
• Watpac Constructions
