Shenay – our hero

Shenay is a young Mum who was trying to find employment in the construction industry with no previous experience – Today Shenay is a Traffic Controller on a Major project working flexible day to help juggle motherhood – she has grown in confidence is making friends and has become a valuable member of our team – Well done Shenay.
