Project located in Point Cook VIC. We have so far identified 74 trades involved in the construction of this project. Quotes are required to be submitted on or before Friday 23rd March 2018. The approximate overall budget for the construction is ~ $10m. Construction only of 3 retail tenancies in Point Cook. Project will increase existing retail premises enlarge the supermarket as well as the 3 new retail and convenience restaurant tenancies. There will be a first level office above the 3 new tenancies.
