Robotics aren’t necessarily coming to take jobs
A growing swell of engineering investment and design is occurring that promises to ease the burden of construction work on employees – not by taking tasks away but by augmenting the human action. Exoskeletons, once the domain of sci-fi movies and futuristic soldiers are becoming increasingly accessible to industry. These mechanical extensions assist and support human work processes rather than replace them. Everything from repetitive actions, back/lumbar support to super-human strength are all possible using this technology.
