Roberts Co is now an all-Australian company

The Roberts Co Group, a tier one construction company, has acquired the remaining 50 per cent shareholding and will officially change its name to reflect its new Australian-ownership.

Italian construction and civil engineering firm Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. were the previous owners of the shares.

Roberts Co will consolidate as a global business with established operations in Australia, the Middle East and Europe.

The company has worked on Zurich Tower in North Sydney, North Shore Health Hub, redevelopment of Concord Hospital, upgrades throughout the Liverpool Hospital precinct and The Schools at Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct for the NSW Government.

Australian CEO Alison Mirams said the company is extremely proud of the success achieved to date and believe this move will allow us to direct our energy into further growth and expansion in Australia.
