RFP’s open for long awaited $576m project

It’s been a long time coming, but RFP’s are now open for the $576m Bridgewater Bridge Project. Tenders will be shortlisted before the end of 2020 with the D&C contract to be awarded in 2021.

The project website notes: “While only contractors with the highest levels of road (R5) and bridge (B4) construction and financial (F150+) prequalification under the National Prequalification Scheme are eligible to submit proposals, there will be a number of opportunities for local industry to get involved in the project.”
