RESIDENTIAL TOWER GETS GREEN LIGHT FOR SOUTH YARRA RIVERSIDE

Stonnington Council has approved the development of a 20-storey mixed-use tower by Melbourne developer Wattletree and Dorman Capital on one of the last remaining riverside holdings in South Yarra.

The project came about after the two partners agreed to amalgamate three lots in Claremont Street totalling just under 1000 square metres.
