Questions over Darlington Upgrade Concrete Failure
Two sections of the Darlington upgrade shot-crete walling have failed and collapsed leading to questions about the structural integrity of the finish. Originally due for completion in 2018, the $620m project is now forecast to be finished by the end of 2019.
