Demolition of existing buildings and construction of twelve apartment buildings across three blocks totaling nearly 600 residential apartments of one two and three bedroom.
Construction materials include but are not limited to brick walls timber battened feature walls aluminium framed windows compressed fibre cement paneling concrete slab tensile steel cable roof for the garden and concrete roof with metal cladding.

There will be storm water and public domain works as well as landscaping for three public pocket parks a rooftop communal open area and ground level communal courtyards.
