Performaning Arts Centre St Leonards College

St Leonards Brighton Campus is building a new Performing Arts Centre with a 600-seat auditorium stage and background area orchestra pit change and bathroom areas storage spaces lift foyer and cloak area kitchen and bathroom facilities for patrons server and a sound shell at the rear of the main auditorium. Plans also include a box room and plan floor for the wings of the stage.
A three storey learning building with teaching spaces learning areas canteen lecturette and exam area is also to be constructed. The buildings will be linked by an outdoor space.

Works will include the demolition of the current Reception Centre and material to be used will include precast concrete metal cladding and glazing. There will be associated car parking and some landscaping.
