Pentridge Shopping Centre

Design and construct the new Pentridge Retail premises Stages 2 3 and 4 on the site of the former Pentridge Prison.
Stage 2 consists of the construction of the building shell – a two storey retail complex with a three level basement supermarket Palace Cinema complex of 15 cinemas and other retail tenancies.

Stage 3 and 4 consist of the construction of Road D and an outdoor piazza courtyard and main entry.

Materials to be used include bluestone wall cladding metal cladding clear glazing patterned and precase concrete and powder coated aluminium mullions.
There will be some associated parking and landscaping required.
