Paragon Apartments

The Paragon is to be constructed on the site of the former Celtic Club in Queen Street Melbourne. It will consist of 227 apartments over 48 levels and its distinctive facade takes on a golden hue and is overlapped by a geometric pattern across a curtain wall facade.
The architecture maximises views allowing the majority of one- two- and three-bedroom residences prized corner vistas while limiting density to between four and six residences per floor. Two floors are dedicated to a myriad of resident amenities including Premium residents’ entertainer club including private dinning lounge theatre lounge library statement pool gymnasium spa and steam room and Australia’s first urban forest.
