NRW Acquires 100% of BGC Contracting

After a long courtship, NRW has confirmed that it has acquired 100% of BGC Contracting (excluding the building arm). The deal was done on an equity value of $116.4m with an implied $310m enterprise value. The deal shores up NRW’s contract book with a combined value of around $4Bn as well as equipment and plant with an estimated $200m book value.
