Northern Road Upgrade – Stage 5 – Glenmore Park NSW

6.7 km of the Northern Road at Glenmore Park from Littlefields Road to Wentworth Road/Glenmore Parkway to be upgraded between Littlefields Road and Luddenham & Bradley Streets – two lanes of general traffic and a kerbside bus lane in each direction separated by a wide central grassed median including provision to widen the road to three lanes of general traffic each way.
From Bradley Street to south of Glenmore Parkway – three lanes of general traffic and a kerbside bus lane in each direction separated by a raised concrete or wide central grassed median subject to constraints.

A new path to the west of The Northern Road a new pedestrian path to the east new traffic signals at five current intersections 9 U-turn places some local road changes and upgrades. Drainage infrastructure upgrades operational facilities including heavy vehicle inspection bays (northbound and southbound) and traffic control facilities including variable message signs roadside furniture street lighting and utility services relocations
