Multiplex wins preferred tenderer on Queens Wharf

What with the Easter break we almost missed the award of preferred tenderer for the Queens Wharf Main Works package to Multiplex. The $3.6Bn project in the heart of Brisbane will deliver 1000 hotel rooms and 2000 apartments and a 100 meter high ‘sky-deck’.

Works are expected to commence in the coming months with stage 1 due for hand-over in late 2022.
