Multiplex gets the green light on SPIRE

Multiplex has been announced as the winner of the $500m SPIRE Canberra Hospital project. Multiplex beat out Lendlease in the final round of tendering and is expected to commence construction in early 2021. The project is expected to be completed before the 2024 election and will deliver: 60 new ICU beds, 22 operating theatres, 55 day beds and 39 additional ED treatment spaces.
