Multiplex Commences Work on $100m LaTrobe Project

Multiplex has commenced work on the new $100m student accommodation project for La Trobe University in Bundoora. The largest mass-timber project in Victoria, the project will deliver 624 beds across two structures which are due to be delivered by  June 2020.

Unusually for a project of this size, being mass-timber, much of the construction will be pre-fabricated off-site leading to minimal disruption on campus. This project forms part of the universities grand $5Bn plan to transform its facilities to meet future demands.
