Molecular and Life Sciences Building University of Wollongong

Construction of a five storey building to house the Molecular and Life Sciences departments. This building will house up to 130 researchers as well as two world-leading microscopes.
The ground floor will house the CRYO-EM controlled atmosphere facilities lobby and informal learning spaces. The first floor has offices and laboratories conference spaces and a bridge linking the building to Building 32 of the campus.

The second and third floor houses offices and laboratories and common areas such as kitchen and break out spaces. The fourth floor comprises the animal house and atmospheric chemistry labs and fifth floor astronomy and chemistry roof platform and instruments as well as some roof plant.

On the ground level landscaping pathways car parking and a new chemical store are required.
