Merri Green Apartments

Construction of 20 eco homes and 29 apartments of one two and three bedrooms featuring rooftop gardens balconies a rainwater tank plus recycled and sustainable materials and finishings. The buildings will be hooked up to solar panels and batteries to create a mini grid to allow the homes to share power and is expected to cut consumption from the conventional grid by up to 70 per cent.
Each house will have a 6.4kWh battery and the apartments will share a Tesla Powerpack.

There will be landscaping and parking as well as paving to connect the buildings
