Melbourne’s Busiest Intersection Is About To Get Busier

At least they waited until the tennis was finished… 

One of Melbourne’s busiest intersections – Punt Rd and Swan St, is about to undergo a major upgrade. Major traffic delays and disruption are forecast with projected transit times to add 30-60 minutes to those using the area. 

Over the next couple of months closures and traffic management changes include; closure of Olympic Blvd and no right-turn into Swan St from Punt Rd.
