Melbourne Business School Looks to $150m Expansion

Melbourne Business School has announced plans to develop a $150m 12 story tower in Carlton to expand its existing facilities. The new tower would include: a cafe, shops, event spaces and conference facilities. The tower will also host 78 short-stay accommodation rooms for students.

Student accommodation has been a hot sector of late with new developments at La Trobe, Melbourne University and University of Tasmania purchasing 3 hotels for conversion into student housing.
