Mayflower Aged Care Facility

Construction over two stages of a new two storey residential aged care facility of over 100 beds.
Stage one is the construction of over 50 new bed units with car parking landscaping and site services.

Stage two consists of the demolition of the existing facility and construction of another 56 beds as wells as a commercial kitchen and laundry services and the administration and recreation facilities.

Materials required include metal sheet roof roof tile render brickwork metal sheet cladding and aluminium.

There will be some associated parking and landscaping.
