Demolition of existing restaurants and construction of a two storey facility at the Liverpool Catholic Club to include a fast food and coffee lounge play area and loading dock on the ground floor and restaurant and cinema on the first floor.
Scope also includes some alterations and additions to the Club involving the reconfiguration and expansion of the south-west corner of the main building and the reconfiguration of the car park to allow for the footprint of the modified building.
