LendLease Bets on Melbourne Housing Market Rebound

Lendlease has secured 113 hectares near Pakenham in Melbourne’s South East for its new Averley Estate housing development. The $120m deal grows LendLease’s pipeline by around 1500 homes to more than 8300 in Victoria. The announcement comes as the Minister for Planning released the new Pakenham East Structure Plan, outlining the growth strategy for Cardinia with plans for up to 7300 new homes in the region.
