ISPT Announces Construction Partner for Vic Uni City West Tower

Probuild Constructions has been announced as the primary construction partner by developer ISPT in building the new City West tower for Victoria University.

The $200m, 32 story project will deliver 24,000sqm of vertical education space in Melbourne. The site at 271 Spring St, will commence demolition works in December 2018 with completion scheduled in time for the 2022 academic year.
