Herring Road Apartments Macquarie Park

Current student accommodation building to be demolished to allow construction of new residential towers of over 280 apartments across two towers. There will be 3 two storey SOHO apartments built at the ground level of Tower A.
Construction materials will include aluminium framed glass windows metal façade articulation expressed joint wall finish and masonry bands.

Car parking will be provided in the basement for over 260 vehicles and 30 bicycles. There will be some associated landscaping.
