GPT Settles on Preferred Design for Cockle Bay

GPT Group and AMP Capital have selected their preferred design for the $650m Cockle Bay retail and office development. Following a competitive tender, the Hening Larsen design incorporating offices, retail and public open-space came out on top. The 2.5 hectare site will include a 183m tall tower along with 7000sqm of greenspace and boasts an industry leading sustainability rating. Construction tenders will be issued in 2020 with completion scheduled for 2026.
