Final Opal Report Released

Engineers have delivered their long awaited report into the Opal tower cracking investigation. The report identified key issues around the internal hob beams with missing grout, exposed reinforcing bars and reo bars bowing under pressure. The report refrained from attributing blame on any one party in the dispute but made a number of key recommendations around engineer certification and structural approvals for the industry.
