Fatal Fall From Elevated Stillage

Worksafe Victoria is reporting a fatality after a worker fell from a stillage that was being lifted by a forklift. As the worker was oxy-cutting beams, the stillage slipped from the tines resulting in a 4.5mtr fall to a concrete surface.
