Dexus Flinders Gate

Design and construct approximately 15000sqm of office space between Flinders Street and Flinders Lane including conserving and refurbishment of the office spaces (approx. 4500 sqm) in the existing Heritage building on Flinders Street. A full length vertical atrium will be included to create northern facing volume.
The existing car park will be refurbished to provide 800 car spaces and 150 bicycle spaces (End of Trip parking showers and lockers) will contribute to an ESD initiative to achieve 5-star NABERS rating.
