Deakin University Building LC

Deakin University requires the construction of a Learning Common Building (LC) for the School of Law at Burwood. The building will have a curtain wall and metal clad facade will be 8 storeys high and have single level car park in the basement.
Included in the building are office accommodation for staff learning spaces both formal and informal meeting areas passenger lifts (5) and community areas including a gymnasium medical centre and commercial kitchen.
