Design and construction of Stage 1 of the Cremorne Malt Precinct a mixed use 15 & 12 split level residential building incorporating one two and three bedroom apartments as well as a SoHo offering for small business owners. The commercial space at ground floor will include a boutique convenience store and a proposed cafe with active landscaped frontages allowing public connection through to the centre of the site.
Also included are a gymnasium and basement parking.
