CPB Wins Nepean Hospital $379m Stage 1

Hot on the heels of Lendlease being awarded the Randwick Campus Upgrade, CPB has been announced as the winning bidder on the NSW Nepean Hospital Stage 1 Redevelopment. The $379m project will deliver new beds, theatres and an emergency department. With works already underway, the project is expected to be completed by 2021.

This award adds to CPB’s existing health delivery program including: Wagga Wagga Health Stage 3 and hospitals in Coffs Harbour and Campbelltown.
