Construction Advisor Launches Optimise Q – Wellbeing for the Construction Industry
As the construction industry attempts to process theground-breaking Swinburne study and its implications, Construction Advisor
is pleased to announce our new wellbeing program Optimise Q.
The study stunned the industry with findings that stress and
workload were contributing to massive levels of depression and mental illness.
The findings included that construction workers were 40% more likely to
suffer from depression than the general population. Also, participants were 2 ½
times more likely to suffer from general “mood disturbance” such as anxiety,
depression, anger, fatigue and confusion.
We are proud to launch Optimise Q, a dedicated
wellbeing program for construction companies and their staff. Our approach is
to provide a measurable program to analyse and assess each companies staff and
identify programs to deliver results that directly address the issues
identified in the Swinburne study. We are dedicated to improving overall wellbeing
be it: Physical, Mental, Practical, Social or Spiritual.
