Chancellery Building Monash University

Design and construction of the Chancellery Project at Monash University a four storey building to be built in the footprint of the current Chancellery buildings 3A and 3B. The building will be used by staff housing up to 300 workstations office areas for administration and executive staff.
The project will consist of :
– Public Spaces including concierge function space a lounge area with beverage bar touchdown spaces an event space or ‘Engagement Space” a central atrium space capable of accommodating up to 350 people and associated support spaces including a plating kitchen and security office.
– Office Areas for executive and administration staff including individual workstations of various sizes and support facilities comprising of focus/meeting rooms storage and utilities
– A covered public colonnade and landscaping
– A secure single level basement carpark
– External works and landscaping
