Chadstone Shopping Centre Hotel (Stage 39)

Construction of a 14 storey hotel as part of the Chadstone Shopping Centre complex. The hotel will provide 227 hotel rooms and 21 suites as well as a restaurant and conference centre ballroom with capacity for 400 gym and day spa on the mezzanine level pool bar lounge health and wellness spaces multi-use conference rooms and office and plant areas.
The basement will include stores waste storage M&E office loading dock and substation. The project is to have a minimum 4.5 star hotel rating and is aiming for a 5 star Green Star design.
