Built steps up on $400m Liverpool Development

Built has announced that it will take on its largest development to date with the $400m Liverpool Civic Place development in NSW. The four building, mixed-use development will be delivered over two stages with the first expected to commence by mid-2020 and final completion in 2024.

The buildings will house:

• New council offices and chambers
• New Liverpool Library and civic space
• Childcare Center
• University of Wollongong Western Sydney Campus
• Commercial Office Space
• Retail Space
• A new 126 room hotel
• Parking

The plans are currently subject to approval following a revised design proposal with sign-off expected by the end of the year.
