BMD Picks Up Another $163m Piece of the Bruce

BMD Constructions has been awarded the $163.3m package to deliver the Deception Bay Rd interchange as part of the Bruce Hwy Upgrade Project. The package includes 2 new parallel bridges over the Bruce to replace the existing single 2-lane bridge as well as associated on/off ramps and pedestrian/cycling infrastructure.  The project is jointly funded by the Federal and State governments on an 80:20 split. Works are now expected to start immediately with a delivery window of early 2023.
