Barwon Prison Detention Facility Package 1

Package 1 consists of the construction of a ten-bed detention facility with accommodation units for independent living staff and operational amenities education spaces recreation and treatment spaces and some landscaping.
Extension to the Prisoner Property Store and construction of a new Gatehouse. Also upgrades to services and some refurbishment to Prisoner Intelligence Unit and reception. There are challenges due to the restricted access to this facility.
